Indian takeaway

My friend and I came on a Saturday night, and waited an hour until our dosa arrived and that was after asking for it multiple times. When the waitress asked us if we would like our entree and mains separately, this time disparity was not what we had in mind. After our entree, we advised the waitress that we were ready for our mains. Just as she was about to walk away, I asked her if she would like to collect our empty dishes before she left. The waitresses are lacking in common sense and so this is not the place to go for brilliant service or food. The dosa itself was cold, flimsy and tasted plain. The filling, sambhar and chutneys were very flavoursome. This just isn’t a place I’d go back to even if there was no other dosas in Perth.

We checked out The Chatter Boxx last night and it was awesome! So yummy and the service was 10/10. Some of the best Indian food we’ve had in a long time. The goat was melt-in-your-mouth tender and full of flavour, also had butter chicken and naan which were both excellent. Our waiter (owner??) Vick also really made the night; lots of laughs and he took the time to talk us through his favourite dishes and helped us to order when we couldn’t make a decision.Best to book a table as they were pretty busy. Have absolutely earned their great ratings.

Loved the atmosphere of this place as soon as I entered. It felt welcoming, relaxed, and homely.We ordered the weekly special, a spiced scrambled egg with toast. It really hit the spot. The egg was not greasy. The spices were done to perfection. In all the dish was well balanced and healthy. I will definitely be back again. Thank you.

Fantastic place for parties, honestly the only indian party hall that has class. Food is very tasty and a buffet setup, so no ridiculous waiting for your set meal on your dedicated seat like fudu gora parties. Dancefloor and dedicated stage area.

Street food menu was a fantastic, well priced way to make a meal more than a bit special. The Pani puri was a great way to begin and the dishes kept coming in a prompt manner. It was a noisy environment, so be aware, but apart from that it was really nice.

We had our wedding dinner at Virasat on 6 May 2023.The owners Goldy and Jass were so helpful in planning the menu for our guests. Jass decorated the wall behind us making us feel so special.The food and quality was outstanding to say the least.Our guests enjoyed the entrées and main courses that kept everyone well fed.I would highly recommend this lovely family business to anyone who wants to experience good Indian tucker !!

Great food and service.Can be a tad pricey, and some of the portions are too big, which they don't need to be as the food is of a high quality.So maybe decrease portion size and lower the pricing, or offer half portions.That's my only suggestion. I do love owner operated businesses, as the service and food is always better, and this proves the fact.

The food was really delicious! We had tandoori set, Punjabi chicken curry, rice and garlic naan.

Had raita, onion and leek bhaji, palak paneer, banana leaf fish and garlic naan. Not so spicy so I guess it's adjusted to western flavour but all quite yum. Price is on expensive side but worth the money. Will go back again.

Food is good, service is absolutely terrible, DO NOT ORDER ON LINE, you will be charged twice with no delivery.Then denial an order existed, advice....screen shot your money exiting your account. It's quite common for them to charge you TWICE and still deny !!!!!Be careful. What a shame.
